WHAT IS STEPNEY STAYS CANCELLATION POLICY?
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
We will also try to fulfil alteration requests to your booking but this will be subject to availability and additional charges may be payable. If we are unable to agree on a suitable alteration, we will have to treat it as a cancellation.
CAN I BRING MY DOG,OR OTHER PETS?
No. Dogs and other pets are strictly not allowed. This policy is in place to protect the many animals on the farm, such as the cows, pigs and ship which live onsite. You might see two farm dogs during your stay; both are working animals which are trained and kept under control at all times.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO STAY AT STEPNEY STAYS?
Kaitkyella is our largest property and is perfectly equipped to sleep 2 adults and 2 children (of any age!). The children’s Pull out bed is below the mezzanine bedroom with sharing the same ensuite. If you have any special requests (cot/high chair/stair gates etc), please let us know at the time of booking or as early as possible before your stay. Please note that there is an additional charge per child.
By booking with Stepney Stays you agree to take particular care when children are around animals, fire, equipment and water (specifically, the hot tub).
Children are natural explorers and we encourage them to connect with nature, however guests must accept responsibility for the safety of their children at all times whilst visiting
WHERE CAN I PARK?
There is ample parking on-site. If you are staying in the Shepherds Hut, once you have unloaded your luggage from your vehicles we ask that you park your car in the general car park.
The Spinney has car parking space nearby with enough parking for two cars.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOUSE RULES?
No smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, within any of the properties.
No parties or events unless express permission has been given by Stepney Stays.
No dogs or other animals are allowed.
Only the booked number of guests are allowed, no additional guests can be accommodated without advance notice.
Be respectful at all times to the land, wildlife and birds which live on the grounds.
IS THERE WIFI?
Yes, there is wi-fi in all our properties
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN | CHECK-OUT?
You can check-in anytime from 3:00pm until 7:00pm.
If you wish to check-in after 7:00pm please let us know in advance.
The check-out time is 10:00 a.m unless specified otherwise to you.
